Dion Trevillion has worked in the film industry for over 10 years with an array of Directors, DOP’s, Grips and Gaffers.

His meticulous attention to detail derives from his 12 years of service in the Australian Defence Force, which included photojournalism for Defence News.

After leaving the Army, Dion required a new challenge and lighting was it. Working initially as an assistant for 3 years, Dion was able to work with art department, grips, electrics, production, producers, runners, sound, camera assistance and stylist to understand how the machine works.

His strength is his initiative and pro-activity, meaning he can swing between Electrics and Gripping and he will not hesitate to assist other departments when required. 

Over the years, Dion has invested in high quality hardware and lighting, which reassures our clients that they are receiving the industry standard equipment on their set.
